How Do I Purchase A Video?

  • 2. There may be options for LANGUAGE or QUALITY (HD, SD, etc.) Select your preference.

How Are Payments Securely Handled?

To keep your payments secure we will ask for your name and email, and then you can complete your purchase with Stripe (a 100% secure payments platform) used by online businesses globally. Please note, the email address you provide will be the address your email confirmations are sent to, so make sure it is one you will have access to.

When Can I Watch?

Each video has a set availability.

Prebooking: In some cases, you can pre-book to view a film or live event. Take note of the time that the film or event is available, and you can return at that time to watch.

Window: Videos are available to you within a certain time frame after purchase. This is specified per video, and could be 12 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours etc.

How Can I View My Bookings?

Your purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking process and your e-ticket should be sitting in your inbox. If you cannot see them, check your Junk or Spam folder.

Video purchases are also viewable on the ‘My Videos’ website page when you are logged in.
